Cancellation Policy
At ShopperHood, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please go to My Orders on our website/app or contact our customer support team.
- Once an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or out for delivery.
- Certain products may be marked as non-cancellable on the product page due to their nature (customised, perishable, or hygiene-related items).
Cancellation by ShopperHood
- ShopperHood reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Failure to pass payment verification
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.
Modification of Orders
- Currently, orders cannot be modified once placed.
- If you need to make changes, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
