Cancellation Policy

At ShopperHood, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please go to My Orders on our website/app or contact our customer support team.
  • Once an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or out for delivery.
  • Certain products may be marked as non-cancellable on the product page due to their nature (customised, perishable, or hygiene-related items).

Cancellation by ShopperHood

  • ShopperHood reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
    1. Product unavailability
    2. Pricing or listing errors
    3. Suspected fraudulent transactions
    4. Failure to pass payment verification

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.

Modification of Orders

  • Currently, orders cannot be modified once placed.
  • If you need to make changes, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
