  • Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take additional time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and locations.
  • ShopperHood reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order refusals.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or repeated failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refunds.
