SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
  • ShopperHood reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing or COD verification.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled unless explicitly allowed under our Refund Policy.
  • If an order is cancelled or modified, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
  • All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy (7-Day Policy).
  • Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and promotions may change without notice.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or force major events.
  • ShopperHood is not liable for delays beyond its control.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed delivery or return-to-origin (RTO), which may not be eligible for refund.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & COD DISCLAIMER

  • Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery, subject to eligibility criteria mentioned in our Refund Policy.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to account suspension.
  • Refund timelines depend on inspection approval and payment method.
  • ShopperHood reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

Shopify is not responsible for:
