  • Make a unboxing video of the Package.

9. Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or disabling of COD payment option for future orders.


10. Exchange & Store Credit

  • In certain cases, ShopperHood may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
  • Store credits, once issued, are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
